Less than 6 weeks before the 2024 Election Day, with Early Voting already in progress in some states, poll averages indicate that Vice President Harris is the one, favored to win!
As of Friday Sept. 27, according to the leading political analysis platform FiveThirtyEight, owned by ABC News, Kamala Harris has won almost all of the most recent national polls, influencing the forecast. Furthermore, Donald Trump has won just a single one of those 20 polls, whilst his Democrat opponent has prevailed in 17, with 2 of them being even. And at present, the site’s simulation of the 2024 US Presidential Election shows that the VP wins 58 times out of 100. Respectively, the former President wins 42 times out of 100.
In addition, the latest survey, carried out by the best-rated polling platform YouGov, indicates that Harris has 47% chance of winning this year’s general election, while Trump’s chance stands at 44%.
Nevertheless, 538’s current update states that both candidates have an equal chance of winning, because the difference in poll averages is still small. So, nothing is certain just yet!
